                                      UNDER THE SEA

Bairdstravel would like to introduce to you Cristina Ruiz .Cristina has kindly agreed to show
us some of her under water photographs. Here you have some taken in Cabo de Palos (Spain).

Cape Palos is a cape in the Spanish municipality of Cartagena, in the region of Murcia.

It is part of a small range of volcanic mounts that form a small peninsula.

The Mediterranean islands of Grosa and the group known as the Hormigas Islands are part

of this range, as well as the five islands in the Mar Menor (“Little Sea”). The name "Palos"

is derived from the Latin word palus, meaning lagoon, a reference to the Mar Menor.

Please reurn to this webpage as we update more photo`s from under the sea.
Thanks to Christina for sharing her diving photo`s.

                                          THE RED SEA

Bairdstravel has just recieved some more wonderful photographs from our diving expert.
Here`s a message from Cristina .

Here are some pics from my previous trip to the Red Sea.

But I must confess that I have not taken any of them. All of them are my husband's...
so all the credit goes for him. He is not the best photographer,
but I assure you he is an excellent diver...!!!!

When we go on a dive boat trip, we always go with friends that we met some years ago
when we did the Open Water Course in Cabo de Palos, in "Planeta Azul"
(Blue Planet) Dive Center, which is one of the best place to learn diving,
at least where I live. They organize, from time to time, one of these trips, to the Red Sea,
to Galapagos Islands, to Baja California,... and it's great to go with people that you
already know, and some new that you meet there aboard.
