A Russian visa is a special document attached to your passport, that grants you a permit to enter and to leave the Russian Federation during a period of time specified in the visa. Every foreign citizen needs a Russian visa to enter / leave Russia.
You can get a Russian visa in a Russian consulate at the country you're currently in. To apply for a Russian visa, you need to submit to a Russian consulate certain documents.
To apply for a tourist visa, you need to submit: a) your passport, b) three passport-size photos, c) a visa application form (it is a questionaire available in the consulate for free; or on our Russian visa downloads page), and d) an invitation from Russia (the type of the invitation depends on the visa you wish to get -- tourist, business or private).
To process your visa, the consulate will charge you a certain visa processing fee depending on the type of your visa and the speed of processing (the more you pay, the faster your request is processed). Usually, a tourist visa costs from $60 to $100 US (lowest) and takes about 7 to 14 days to process.

Domodedovo airport is located about 15 km south of Moscow, and is connected to the city with a highway and a rail link.
Domodedovo - Moscow by Train. The fastest and the best way to get to and from the city is to take "Aeroexpress” – the fast train service to the center of MoscowIt departs Paveletsky railway station (metro Paveletskaya, circle line) every hour on the hour starting from 7.00 until 22.00 (every half hour from 9:00-12:00 and 18:00-21:00). Moscow Metro.
There are no signs in English.
There is a ring-line (brown) which has crossings with all other radial lines. Metro entrances are marked with a large red letter "M".
The open hours are from 5.20 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. Usually the last train starts its way at 00.50 from the last station at any line; the passes between stations are closed at 1.00 am. When there're rush hours (8.00-9.00, 17.00-19.00) the metro is overcrowded, so it's better to avoid it.
Tickets & Prices. The metro has no special zones - all the metro is one zone, and there's no time limit for using your ticket. SS you can buy a ticket for 15R ($0.60) for one trip and spend as much time inside as you like. You can also save money and buy tickets for 5 trips - 70 R ($2.80) (cheaper), a ticket for 10 trips - 125 R , or a ticket for 20 trips – 230R .soIf you don't pay, then iou'll have to pay around $20 fine.
